I Have Polymyalgia Rheumatica. I Am On Predisone 5 MG.

I have Polymyalgia Rheumatica. I am on Predisone 5 MG. I am also a Diabetic (type2). Had to go to hospital w/ UTI. The doctor there changed my Diabetic meds and screwed up my blood sugar. With prednisone causing my sugar to rise, decreased from 10 mg to 5mg. I am now on my regular Diabetes meds and my sugar is better. My A1C was 5 before I went to hospital.:( Do you think with this rare arthritis I can go back to prednisone 10 mg? This is what I was taking before the hospital with no problems.




My muscles in my calf and going in my thigh has become sore & stiff & hurts me when I walk
