I Have Postural Hypotension And It Is Normal For Me

I have Postural Hypotension and it is normal for me to faint for about 10 seconds. But recently, I have been collapsing for 8 minutes with my eyes flickering, legs and arms shaking (almost as if its a seizure yet i do not wet myself). I have had many brain tests but it shows nothing. What could it be?
