I Have RA. I Had To Change From A Commercial

I have RA. I had to change from a commercial ins to an Advantage Medicare Ins. Remi Stat will not give me assistance anymore. Any ideas of how/where I can get assistance? I am in IN, on total disability due to RA nodules on the bottom of my feet - I retired from a career in teaching special needs students.
