I Have RA In My Spine ... I Am Due

I have RA in my spine ... I am due for another shot but the pain is so sever and they have had me on hydrocodone but it just makes me very dizzy , I vomit and break out in sweat for about 30 min to an hour and cant hold up my head and hard to breathe so I quit taking them over a month ago and told my doc so he gave me tramadol and he told me to take two of them but they don't help it is like taking a bufferin .. what is good for sever pain as I am scared of medications now ... I cant stand or walk for no more than 5 min before I have to sit .....
