I Have RLS. I Have Been Having Cramps In My

I have RLS. I have been having cramps in my front legs at night. Many times it feels like things are crawling on my legs. This cause me not to sleep well. In the past couple of months, I have been feeling like someone is stabbing both of my thighs. There is also numbness in the outside of the left thigh. Some times I don't want anyone to touch me because when they it hurts.
