I Have RRMS And Take Nortriptyline For Pain. 25mg In

I have RRMS and take Nortriptyline for pain. 25mg in the morning and 50 mg at night. The 25 in the morning make me dizzy. Can I take Dramamine for the dizziness. The pain medication works very for me and if I take less than the 25 mg, it doesn't kill the pain.
I also take Baclfen, Gabapentin and Tecfidera.
