I have Raynaud's phenomena. Along with the white tips of my fingers when they're cold, I have also been having redness in the back of my hands, isolated to the MP joint level and distally to the PIP joint level. No pain, no swelling, no skin dryness... it's just aesthetically bothersome and I need to find a diagnosis and cure. I HAVE had some sclerotherapy in the dorsum of my hands (about 4 years ago). I've been to a specialist, had blood tests run, everything came out negative.
