I Have Rheumatoid Arthritis. It Went Into Remission For Several

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. It went into remission for several years, but I had to stop my former treatment due to side effects (minocycline). It has returned mildly and most days Im fine with 10mg of hydrocortizone. Would like to stop taking it though. Are drugs like hydroxycloroquine and sufasalazine used independently of other drugs to treat mild RA? Which has a higher rate of success?
