I Have Rheumatoid Arthritis, I Just Found Out Last Week.

I have Rheumatoid arthritis, I just found out last week. My son pushed me today and I lost my balance and went flying across the room and hit my back on the wooden bed frame. I threw up,about an hour later. The strange thing was, I,wasn't nauseous. Could I have done anything serious to my back?
