I Have SLE , And Wondering If Other Auto Immune

I have SLE , and wondering if other auto immune diseases follow in suit with it. I have bad nerve pain off and on and my muscles or nerves wake me during the night. When I wake in the morning I always have to flex and stretch before getting up, and I feel like I didn't get enough sleep.
