I Have SLE... My Antibodies Are No Longer Positive...i Have

I have SLE... my antibodies are no longer positive...i have developed tight skin on my head...cant move it at all... tight skin on my forehead but no discolor. Also on my upper back across my shoulder areas but on my back. Also i have very tight muscles in my shoulders and my neck. Think it could be scleroderma? I have really bad reflux, some telangeictasis, { i have one on my wrist that came out only when pregnant. One of my sons was born with a strawberry hemangioma on his head and face, and my grandson has them on his neck and back. I have pulmonary hypertension and i hate cold weather or water, it makes my hands turn deathly white or blue and then sting....
