I Have Shingles...which I Mis-diagnosed As Gall Bladder Spasms. After

I have Shingles...which I mis-diagnosed as gall bladder spasms. After a week or so, a rash broke out under my right breast-progressing to my upper right spine. A Dr confirmed it and prescribed Triamcinolone
Acetonide 0.1% cream. I've used it 2X/day for a week or so. No Change. I am an RN, married, 73yo and will see our Family DR today....Shall I also see a Neurologist? I've read on-line info. Can you help me with my very painful postherpetic rash and pain, please? Louise Norville. RN
