I Have Sjogrens And My Lymphnodes Stay Swollen All The

I have Sjogrens and my lymphnodes stay swollen all the time. Especially the one in the back of my neck at my hairline. It swells and causes massive headaches. But when the swelling is gone I can still feel this lymphnode and it is a little hard but fixed in place. Should this be concerning?
