I Have TSH As 10.07 And Doctor Has Prescribed Thyronorm

I have TSH as 10.07 and doctor has prescribed thyronorm 50 mcg. I have not done t2, t3. Because of this tab, will I start gaining weight and hair loss and skin rashes? Any measures should I take?
Any ayurvedic medicine is available to avoid side effects?
Kindly advise. M worried as I have thick hair and good skin as of now.
