I Have The Sensation That I Have Inhaled Some Type

I have The sensation that I have inhaled some type of pepper or something in my chest and throat and kind of in my nose ... very strange feeling. I have not had anything to eat that would cause this or been around anything of such. I kind of am nauseated have a slight headache no real appetite either.
