I Have A 10 Year Old Autistic Child That Has

I have a 10 year old autistic child that has really bad night screaming and has lost 20 lbs over four months. I've taken her to her dr 4 times and emergency 4 times to get the same response that I'm worried over nothing. I think she had a trichobezoar, but none of the dr have looked into it.
