I Have A 10 Year Old Chocolate Lab That Weighs

I have a 10 year old chocolate lab that weighs 110 pounds. 3 days ago he shook his head a couple times. yesterday he shook his head more and right now he just keeps shaking his head. I cleaned his ears every day since he started shaking his head, but they weren't really dirty. Ears don't smell and are a good color, not red, he's not scratching but keeps shaking his head. What can I do to get him thru the night until I get to a vet tomorrow?
