I Have A 10 Yr Old Daughter That Hs ADHD,

I have a 10 yr old daughter that hs ADHD, ADD and Bipolar. I;m wondering whatI can do with her to understand that she needs to do things her step father and I ask her. Cause we have to speak most of the time in a loud almost yell before she will do anything we ask and she doesn't want to do anything in a timely manner
