I Have A 100 Degree Fever. Took An Antibiotic Starting

I have a 100 degree fever. Took an antibiotic starting Friday and have not felt better. My fever Fri was 103. took strep test that was negative.
I am so tired I can hardly walk around, usually very active.
I have a couple sores in my mouth.
