I Have A 11yr Old Daughter And For The Past

I have a 11yr old daughter and for the past serval months I have noticed that she has been getting a lot of bruising on her spine it comes and go this seems to happen 2-3X a month when I ask her if she's hurt her back playing she says nope. Should I be concerned about this. I haven't defused it with her dr. yet
