I Have A 12mm X 6mm X 10mm Ependymoma Fourth

I have a 12mm x 6mm x 10mm ependymoma fourth ventricle tumor. I have been suffering dizzy spells, headaches, numbness left side of face, arm and hand. My family Dr. says my symptoms are not from my tumor because it is too small and is not obstructing. Also I do not require surgery. Family Dr. also said she called a neurosurgeon and he agreed. Should I get a second opinion?
