I Have A 13 Year Old Daughter That Recently Came

I have a 13 year old daughter that recently came to me with a lump under her chin by her jaw bone she then came to me with another a few days later and this one is behind her ear.. They are hard circular lumps that are sensitive when you touch them.. She has no fever and says she feels fine should I be concerned or should I give it more time.. She has had the one under her chin for 4 days and the one behind her ear appeared today
