I Have A 13 Year Old Female, Sexually Abused By

I have a 13 year old female, sexually abused by her father at 3 years old. She has begun to urinate on towels in her bedroom, and defecate in little cardboard boxes which she hides under her bed. She has been counselled in the past. She also says that she masterbates often and that causes the bedroom urination.
What can we do?
