I Have A 14 Year Old Grandson Who Is Taking

I have a 14 year old grandson who is taking vivance for ADHD. He was taking concerta until June and then his doctor switched him. He has been increasingly uncontrollable. He is smoking pot and drinking when he can get ahold of alcohol. His pot smoking has escalated to the point where he goes to school high and has been suspended for 3 days or until he receives counselling. Could this change is medication precepatated his behaviour.
