I Have A 17 Year Old Son Taking Losartan/HCTZ 50/12.5

I have a 17 year old son taking Losartan/HCTZ 50/12.5 in the morning and Amlodipine 5mg in the evening for High Blood Pressure. He also takes Sertraline 50mg in the evening. Can all these medications be taken in the morning together. He says the evening medicines make him feel dizzy in the morning and has a real hard time getting out of bed. When he forgets the evening meds and takes them in the morning he feels better physically.
