I Have A 1kg Preterm Baby And Now At 31weeks

I have a 1kg preterm baby and now at 31weeks gestation. My baby is in NICU and doctor recommended to take abidec 0.3ml, caffeine citrate 0.6ml, zincovit 1ml, folic acid solution 2.5ml per day. My baby is all always dull, weak and now vomits. Are these dosages correct and what effect do they have
