I Have A 2 1/2 Year Old Granddaughter That Says

I have a 2 1/2 year old granddaughter that says baby, daddy, baa, moo. Just a few words. Our kids are working with a speech therapist. She does a lot of hand gestures, but has had a runny nose most of her life. Their doctor says it's because something....not sure what has not fully developed yet. I am concerned of her not talking
