I Have A 2 Extremely Hard Lumps Side By Side

I have a 2 extremely hard lumps side by side on the hood above my clitoris. They are painful when squeezed but don't seem to be heading up. I'm std free and so is my husband. My last child was in 2013. I've never had this before and I'm 34 years old. Should I make an appt with my Dr or is this something resulting from stress?
