I Have A 2 Year Old That Has Been Crying

I have a 2 year old that has been crying when you pick her up under her arms. I took her to the doctor and they did x-rays and said nothing was broking or swollen under her arm. I'm just worried cause it has been 9 days of it. She uses the arm fine though.
