I Have A 2.5 Cm Fibroid,which Is Painful And Bleeding

I have a 2.5 cm fibroid,which is painful and bleeding lots,can it be cure without surgery,with medicine can it be gone or surgery is a must,3 weeks ago i come to knw that i hv a fibroid,i am not married yet i am 26 years old,please answer me,thanks.....
