I Have A 2.5 Year Old Who Has A Fever

I have a 2.5 year old who has a fever of 103.9. It started this morning and has slowly gotten higher. She's coughed a few times, sounds like she's getting congested and vomited once early this morning. She's still drinking water and ate breakfast and some crackers a while ago.
