I Have A 2.5 Yr Old Toddler, Who Is Having

I have a 2.5 yr old toddler, who is having what appears to be severe stomach cramps. He does not have a fever, but he is crying very hard and can't be consoled. He is extremely uncomfortable as he is moving constantly trying to find a position that he is comfortable in. I gave him ibuprofen 4 hours ago because he was snotty nosed and seemed like he just didn't feel good. I just now gave him Tylenol to see if that will help. His stomach feels bigger and even a little harder than normal...hoping it is just really bad gas? Any suggestions?
