I Have A 26 Yr. Old Autistic Son. He Had

I have a 26 yr. old Autistic son. He had his wisdom teeth out 6 weeks ago. An infection seems to have set in from one of the extractions. Today, his oral surgeon prescribed Penicillin and Oxycod/Acetamin. However, 3 weeks ago our family physician prescribed Eszopliclone as a sleep aid and Fluoxetine for anxiety. We read where we shouldn't combine Oxycod/Acetamin and the medicines he's taking for sleep and anxiety. So we didn't give him the Ocycod/Acetamin before bedtime. He's in a lot of pain, what would you recommend?
