I Have A 28 Yr Old Son Who Suffers From

I have a 28 yr old son who suffers from schizophrenia, a 25 yr old son who has hydrocephalus, with a VP shunt, and his twin sister who suffers from epilepsy, bipolar, depression. I live in Florida where medicinal marijuana has been approved. How safe would it be for them to be treated with this?
