I Have A 29 Month Old That Has Had Diarrhea

I have a 29 month old that has had diarrhea for the last 24 hours. She isn't wanting to eat anything at all. We are trying to give her fluids so she isn't dehydrated however is only drinking about 6-8 oz of apple juice. What can you suggest until I can get her to the doctor tomorrow? I have Loperamide in liquid form but reading online it isn't good for toodlers. Any suggestions?
