I Have A 3 Month Old Tragus Piercing And It

I have a 3 month old Tragus piercing and it was healing pretty well but about a month ago i woke up and noticed a red soft bump behind it. It has gotten bigger to. It doesn’t really hurt but sometimes does itch. I tried to soak it in sea salt and the next day it dried the top layer out and it started bleeding what could this be ?
