I Have A 3 Weeks Old Baby Boy N I

I have a 3 weeks old baby boy n i have put him on lactogen coz I thought baby was not getting enough breast milk supply. I still breast feed him n also give him lactogen but baby cries alot n hardly sleeps. Also baby gets hungry very often n after feeding he vomits. What should i do? Plz help me
