I Have A 3 Year Old Grandson Who Is Short

I have a 3 year old grandson who is short of breath without exertion. we catch him playing as usual but taking little short breaths. Je has been checked out by our family physician. He is ok, no chest congestion, no fever, no abnormal heart sounds, no previous history
