I have a 4-5cm swollen lump on the back of my neck. I have Hidradenitis Suppurativa and feel like its related. Walk in doctor diagnosed Folliculitis and have ten day course of antibiotic, should I go with my guy and call my dermatologist who treats my HS or hang out for ten days and see if the antibiotics help...
