I Have A 4 Month Baby Boy Who Weighs About

I have a 4 month baby boy who weighs about 14 lbs. He has been sleeping well at night from about 10:30 until 6:30 in the morning. Recently he has been fussing about 3 or 4. He doesn't fully wake up, but seems to be upset. He cries a little. Could this be an upset tummy ? or could he even be teething already? This usually lasts about an hour. We give him gripe water in his formula bottles. Is there anything else we can do?
