I Have A 4 Month Old Son, On Monday I

I have a 4 month old son, on Monday I noticed he was feeling a bit under the weather. Tuesday he began to cough a deep cough. I began giving him Zarbee's baby cough medicine on Tuesday and have continued since. His temperature has been right around 98.9, although I did give him Tylenol last night. I also noticed him begin to start wheezing last night and I need to know what I need to do next. I have no health care coverage, so your advice is needed.
