I Have A 4 Year Old Girl And She Has

I have a 4 year old girl and she has been experiencing an intermittent fever for 4 days now, controlled with Tylenol and Motrin as needed (all she has had before without any negative responses). Fever appeared to break this morning and normal temperature all day until now. She is also breaking out in what looks like hives on her face and torso.
