I Have A 46 Year Old Son Who In December

I have a 46 year old son who in december started to have a spike in his blood pressure and was put on different med. they have since found he was over medicated. Now he exxcercises an within 1 hour of exercise his blood pressure drops. He has dizziness geting up and down. He has pain in the back of his neck and sometimes it feels like he can swollow but he can. What is wrong with him
