I Have A 5 Year Old Daugther Who Has D.S.

I have a 5 year old daugther who has D.S. This morning I discovered two circular red spots directly along his spine. Just hours later I could see the beginning of what looks like 3 more. They're not sensitive to touch, do not blanche, he hasn't fallen or had anything happen to his back, they are red only and nearly perfect circles. What in the world could these be a symptom of?
