I Have A 5 Year Old Girl That Feels Pain

I have a 5 year old girl that feels pain in the back of the head and one one side. It happens when she moves. She easily bleeds in one of the noses. Then it stops. She also complained today af blurry vision. Focusing on an object near she could only see the center good but the sorroundings blurry. She feels her nose clogged, even though she can sleep and breathe. No fever, no runny nose. To days ago complained of nausea after eating and being on the swing. See redcolred circles down her eyes. Appetite normal, although she is thin.
