I Have A 5mm Kidney Stone. I Had A Stent

I have a 5mm kidney stone. I had a stent put in on December 1st, and was told i could wear it for up o 3 months to try to allow the stone to come out naturally. I had bleeding when I first came home from the hospital, but then the bleeding and pain ceased a few days after. Now its been a little over two weeks later and since I woke up this morning I have blood in my urine and mild discomfort again. Is this normal or should I be concerned?
