I Have A 6 Year Old Grand Child Who Started

I have a 6 year old grand child who started twitching, like lifting her shoulders constantly. We have had a very active week, swimming, playing, and yesterday sliding down a large water slide. It looks a little swollen, but playing and not complaining about any pain at all.
