I Have A 60 Year History Of Hypertension....I Take 5

I have a 60 year history of hypertension....I take 5 meds for this condition... After taking my meds, my pressure will be at about 145/89 then it will start to rise and may get to 212/110 with out outside influence. Should I take the meds more than once a day?
