I Have A 6'3" 185 Pound Male Friend Who Gets

I have a 6'3" 185 pound male friend who gets shaky and dizzy. he has never been diagnosed with anything. Has had his blood drawn twice in the last year for various reasons and nothing has shown up. this happens almost daily. any ideas what might be causing it? he won't go to the dr:(
