I Have A 77 Year Old Sister That Lives With

I have a 77 year old sister that lives with me, she was diagnosed with sacroilitis about 18 months ago. She is in constant pain and have been to several doctors and had about 4 MRI's and injections to relieve her paid. Nothing has worked and she is in constant pain and I believe she's depressed.
